5(b,c) Children, have ye any meat?
Παιδία, μή τι προσφάγιον ἔχετε;
6(b,c) Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find.
Βάλετε εἰς τὰ δεξιὰ μέρη τοῦ πλοίου τὸ δίκτυον, καὶ εὑρήσετε.
10(b) Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.
Ἐνέγκατε ἀπὸ τῶν ὀψαρίων ὧν ἐπιάσατε νῦν.
12(b) Come and dine.
Δεῦτε ἀριστήσατε.
15(c-e) Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these?
Σίμων Ἰωνᾶ, ἀγαπᾷς με πλεῖον τούτων;
15(k) Feed my lambs.
Βόσκε τὰ ἀρνία μου.
16(b-d) Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me?
Σίμων Ἰωνᾶ, ἀγαπᾷς με;
16(j) Feed my sheep.
Ποίμαινε τὰ πρόβατά μου.
17(b-d) Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me?
Σίμων Ἰωνᾶ, φιλεῖς με
17(f) Lovest thou me?
φιλεῖς με;
17(l) Feed my sheep.
Βόσκε τὰ πρόβατά μου.
18 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not.
ἀμὴν ἀμὴν λέγω σοι, ὅτε ἦς νεώτερος, ἐζώννυες σεαυτόν, καὶ περιεπάτεις ὅπου ἤθελες· ὅταν δὲ γηράσῃς, ἐκτενεῖς τὰς χεῖράς σου, καὶ ἄλλος σε ζώσει, καὶ οἴσει ὅπου οὐ θέλεις.
19(e) Follow me.
Ἀκολούθει μοι.
22(b-d) If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.
Ἐὰν αὐτὸν θέλω μένειν ἕως ἔρχομαι, τί πρός σε; σὺ ἀκολούθει μοι.
23(d-g) He shall not die; but, if I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?
ὅτι οὐκ ἀποθνήσκει· ἀλλ᾽, Ἐὰν αὐτὸν θέλω μένειν ἕως ἔρχομαι, τί πρός σε;
