Son of Man (Psalm 60:11)

Though he was called the Son of Man,

 

Jesus was God in the flesh,

 

Though in Jesus time he was more so called this to suffer as the son of man.

 

Now all power is given to him.

 

"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth."-Matthew 28:18 KJV

 

With him is the only help from God.

 

"I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing."-John 15:5 KJV

 

For man is a vain thing to trust in.

 

"Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man."-Psalm 60:11 KJV

 

He returned not to earth to stay,

 

His testimony didn't perish, but contrary it is preached throughout the whole world, and in Acts the Saints rejoiced that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name.

 

"And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name."-Acts 5:41 KJV

 

They glorified the God of Israel.

 

"Insomuch that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel."-Matthew 15:31 KJV

 

He that believeth on him, believeth not on him, but on him(GOD of Israel) that sent him.

 

"Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me."-John 12:44 KJV

 

For all things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

 

"All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made."-John 1:3 KJV

 

He is the truth

 

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."-John 14:6 KJV

 

He rebuked the hypocrites and kicked the thieves out of the temple.

 

"And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,"-Matthew 21:12 KJV

 

He fed many with much to spare.

 

"Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way. And his disciples say unto him, Whence should we have so much bread in the wilderness, as to fill so great a multitude? And Jesus saith unto them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven, and a few little fishes. And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground. And he took the seven loaves and the fishes, and gave thanks, and brake them, and gave to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the broken meat that was left seven baskets full. And they that did eat were four thousand men, beside women and children. And he sent away the multitude, and took ship, and came into the coasts of Magdala."-Matthew 15:32-39 KJV

 

He sent his Angel to free Peter from his bonds.

 

"And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews."-Acts 12:11 KJV

 

He opened the eyes of the blind.

 

"So Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him."-Matthew 20:34 KJV

 

He raised the dead.

 

"And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go."-John 11:44 KJV

 

He will again raise the dead.

 

"And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day."-John 6:39 KJV

 

He loved his disciples.

 

"Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?"-John 21:20 KJV

 

He saved the Gentiles.

 

"A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel."-Luke 2:32 KJV

 

He didn't leave us orphans/fatherless.

 

"I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you."-John 14:18 KJV

 

He comforted the widow.

 

"And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury: For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living."-Mark 12:43-44 KJV

 

Lastly, he turned wicked Satan's way upside down by giving us the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven.

 

"He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given."-Matthew 13:11 KJV

 

He reigns for ever and ever.

 

"And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever."-Revelation 11:15 KJV
