John 9

3(b-d) Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

Οὔτε οὗτος ἥμαρτεν οὔτε οἱ γονεῖς αὐτοῦ· ἀλλ᾽ ἵνα φανερωθῇ τὰ ἔργα τοῦ Θεοῦ ἐν αὐτῷ.

4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

ἐμὲ δεῖ ἐργάζεσθαι τὰ ἔργα τοῦ πέμψαντός με ἕως ἡμέρα ἐστίν· ἔρχεται νύξ, ὅτε οὐδεὶς δύναται ἐργάζεσθαι.

5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

ὅταν ἐν τῷ κόσμῳ ὦ, φῶς εἰμι τοῦ κόσμου.

7(b,c) Go, wash in the pool of Siloam,

Ὕπαγε νίψαι εἰς τὴν κολυμβήθραν τοῦ Σιλωάμ

11(e,f) Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash:

Ὕπαγε εἰς τὴν κολυμβήθραν τοῦ Σιλωάμ, καὶ νίψαι.

35(d) Dost thou believe on the Son of God?

Σὺ πιστεύεις εἰς τὸν υἱὸν τοῦ Θεοῦ;

37(b,c) Thou hast both seen him, and it is he that talketh with thee.

Καὶ ἑώρακας αὐτόν, καὶ ὁ λαλῶν μετὰ σοῦ ἐκεῖνός ἐστιν.

39(b-d) For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.

Εἰς κρίμα ἐγὼ εἰς τὸν κόσμον τοῦτον ἦλθον, ἵνα οἱ μὴ βλέποντες βλέπωσι, καὶ οἱ βλέποντες τυφλοὶ γένωνται.

41(b-f) If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

Εἰ τυφλοὶ ἦτε, οὐκ ἂν εἴχετε ἁμαρτίαν· νῦν δὲ λέγετε ὅτι Βλέπομεν· ἡ οὖν ἁμαρτία ὑμῶν μένει.
